Hamlet Protein supports science at ADSA Conference in Illinois, USA

At Hamlet Protein we support basic science and PhD. projects to be on the cutting edge of novel science in young animal nutrition. Our latest scientific contribution was presented at the 37th American Dairy Science Association’s Discovery Conference 2019 in Illinois, USA. With the contribution from Hamlet Protein research scientists from University of Illinois, Urbana, Illinois presented 2 scientific posters on HP 100 and HP RumenStart, respectively. The findings of the studies concluded that:

HP RumenStart fed to young Holstein calves stimulates body frame growth through mechanism of action where higher flow and absorption of amino acids is positively stimulated in the small intestine.

HP 100 can replace 50% of protein intake from a whey based milk replacer without affecting the true amino acid or protein digestibility in pre-weaned Holstein calves.
