We are based in Qingdao with a sales and applications team of 4 people and are ready to grow our position in the Northeast region of China with a regional Sales Manager.

As an experienced Sales Manager with documented success in the international feed industry you know it is all about delivering. We give you an extraordinary professional challenge – and a golden opportunity to shape our regional growth. You will be responsible for the sales and marketing in the region, more specifically to;

  • set strategy targets and delivering these to achieve the sales goals.
  • set, train, develop and manage the sales channels.
  • interact with key and direct customers to strengthen the relationship with HAMLET PROTEIN together with the sales team.
  • drive opportunity pipeline and follow up on targets incl. monthly reporting.
  • build and enhance HAMLET PROTEIN’s brand and deliver value to the market.

Understanding customer needs and generate sales

You hold a Master’s degree in Animal or Veterinarian Science and have a proven track record of customer interaction, with at least 5 years’ experience from the animal feed industry. Here, you have demonstrated an excellent ability for closing orders and of working strategically with markets and customers. Your great industry insight helps you understand customer needs and formulate product offerings and marketing strategies that match them. In this process, thinking outside the box is second nature to you, as you explore all possibilities to find the right solutions.

As a person, you are a team player that is motivated by opportunity and the chance to make an impact. You are a skilled trainer of customers and sales channels and have excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Working out of your home office or from our office in Qingdao, you will spend about 60% of your time on business travel.
