Functionality/Extrusion trial: Dry pet food (Updated May 2011)
Abstract: Extrusion trials comparing HAMLET PROTEIN products and various protein sources indicate that utilizing HP 300 - a soya protein product manufactured by HAMLET PROTEIN - has positive implications for producers of dry pet food. The trial shows that HAMLET PROTEIN products create a better product structure and contribute to cost saving for the pet food producer.

Functionality/Extrusion trial: HP 300 in textured meat protein products (Updated May 2011)
Abstract: Results made available for HAMLET PROTEIN by Wenger Manufacturing Inc. demonstrate the benefits of incorporating HP 300 manufactured by HAMLET PROTEIN A/S in textured meat protein products (TMP). The results how that the improved soya protein product from HAMLET PROTEIN (HP 300) can be used as a partial or full replacement for wheat gluten in TMP with considerable cost advantages.
